The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) awarded a contract modification on a sole source basis to General Dynmanics Mission Systems, Pittsfield, Massachusetts in support of the Nuclear-Armed, Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) Program. The awarded modification contains a base effort for FY2026 through FY2028. The awarded modification contains Level-of-Effort (LOE) Line Items on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Cost basis. Each LOE line item covers a two year (24 month) period of performance and includes option provision to increase the LOE up to thirty percent (30%), in accordance with SSP terms and conditions. The award date was 03 September 2026 with an effective date of 03 September 2026. This notice is posted in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.301. This NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPEITIVE PROPOSALS.
