(CAGE: 0ED96), for the Composite Repair Set Temp/Vac Controller, P/N: HCS9200N-02.5, NSN: 4920-01-624-6759 in support of the C-130 Kinston Depot project. This PO was awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with Title 10, U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
