This contract action was not awarded competitively and is not 100% fixed price. Its Hybrid FFP and Cost. Rationale: Award action 47QRAA18D00AE 95332A26F00042 Executed was made on a sole-source basis to JBS International, Inc. for the “Development of Enterprise-Wide Evidence” requirement. The contract includes both fixed labor and reimbursable other direct costs (ODCs), making it a time-and-materials/labor-hour contract rather than strictly fixed-price. [47QRAA18D0...Executed | PDF] A competitive procurement was not feasible due to the unique qualifications and prior experience of the selected contractor, as documented in the supporting justification and acquisition record.
