Oceaneering International Inc., Hanover, Maryland, was awarded a $67,405,178 Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort (LOE) and cost-only type contract modification (N00024-20-C-4315-P00049) for the Submarine Rescue Operations and Maintenance Contractor (SROMC) in support of the Submarine Rescue System (SRS). Work will be performed in San Diego California, and is expected to be completed by March 2028. This contract action was not awarded competitively. This contract action was awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), as implemented RFO FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.The information contained in this announcement is unclassified.
