EPA Region 2 is issuing a Purchase Order resulting from Request for Quote (RFQ) (Solicitation 68HE0226Q0009) for a brand-name only procurement of six (6) Honeywell MultiRAE Pro multi-gas monitors and accompanying lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries. This requirement was competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. A Brand Name Justification applies to this acquisition. The Justification and Approval (J&A) for the specific salient characteristics and technical requirements justifying the brand-name restriction was posted along with the Solicitation.
