The 628th Civil Engineer Squadron has a requirement for pest management services to support the areas and facilities of Joint Base Lindsey Graham as specified in Appendix A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation for the control and treatment of all pests in facilities and associated grounds (all areas within 50 feet of a building's foundation). Additionally, the contractor shall provide service in relation to service calls in accordance with the requirements herein. Services encompass all Integrated Pest Management (IPM) procedures, including assessment, pesticide application, monitoring, nest removal, carcass relocation (to designated areas as specified in 1.2.7), live animal trapping and relocation, and reporting. Covered pests include, but are not limited to: rats, mice, silverfish, roaches (all species), earwigs, spiders, crickets, pill bugs, bed bugs, ants (including active fire ant infestations), bees (including hives), wasps (including nest removal and disposal), fleas, water bugs, mosquitos, termites, bats, birds, racoons, snakes, and opossums.
