Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division is seeking program management, administrative, budget and corporate operations support for the PMA-261 H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopters program office. The work is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. It requires TS/SCI access and a Top Secret facility clearance held by the prime.
Watch out for
- Top Secret facility clearance required of the prime. Getting a Top Secret FCL takes sponsorship and a long time, so a business without one cannot realistically bid, and teaming cannot fill this requirement for the prime.
The FCL requirement must be fulfilled by the Prime Offeror.
- TS/SCI cleared staff. Personnel need TS/SCI access, which limits the hiring pool.
