Work includes disposal of existing equipment, installation of new pumps and VFDs, integration with the Johnson Controls Metasys building automation system, and completion of a certified third¿party Testing and Balancing (TAB) process. Contractors must hold transferable journeyman plumbing and electrical licenses and adhere to all applicable codes. The performance period is 210 days, with required submittals including equipment data, TAB reports, Metasys system reports, safety plans, schedules, and O&M documentation.
