This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/RFO) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562119 Other Waste Collection, with a small business size standard of $47.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is P100 Salvage- Preparation and Disposal of Excess/Surplus Property Northeast Ohio VA Healthcare System is requesting Scrap Metal Recycling Services. All vendors shall provide all requested information in Quote Preparation Instructions section.
