This is a synopsis for NetApp commercial hardware, software licenses, maintenance, and commercial services to support its large and complex Information Technology (IT) networks, systems and workloads prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 5.101. This announcement constitutes a pre-solicitation notice only. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS ONLY. This synopsis is solely for planning and information purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, etc.). This synopsis does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. NIWC PAC is not seeking proposals at this time. Further, NIWC PAC will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this synopsis and will not provide feedback or evaluation of the responses submitted. Participants in this market research are advised that the Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this synopsis. All costs associated with responding to this synopsis will be solely at the interested party's expense.
