AI summary Beta
The Navy (NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support) wants quotes to repair a power supply (CAGE 38370, ref. 841-01A). This amendment cuts the quantity from 5 to 2 and sets the offer due date to 30 October 2026. Award would be a bilateral contract, with a target repair turnaround of 70 days.

- Authorized distributors only. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered, so a general repair shop may not qualify.
Consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item represented in this solicitation.
- Late repair price reductions. Missing the repair turnaround time triggers a price cut per unit per month and the Government may also terminate for default.
Any asset for which the contractor does not meet the required RTAT will incur a price reduction per unit/per month the contractor is late
- Government source inspection. Government inspection at the source is required, which can add scheduling steps before shipping.
Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required.
- Beyond-repair items. If an item cannot be repaired you may only recover a negotiated, reduced price for evaluation work.
the contracting officer will negotiate a reduced contract price
