Solcitation amended and question and answers posted. 9/29/2026. Offer due date extended to 10/7/2026 5:00pm Please review all attachments 9/16/2026 Corrected NAICS 100% SDVOSB Set-aside Please note you must have the NAICS code of the solicitation on your SAM.gov profile to qualify to bid and must be a registered certified SDVOSB with the SBA by the time all bids are due. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 9/18/2026@ 10:30 am, the meeting place is the Maintenance Building at Sam Houston National Cemetery Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure a full understanding of the requirements. No additional or repeat site visits will be scheduled. Vendor Questions: All vendor questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the david.hester@va.gov no later 9/21/2026. Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed, and answers will be provided via amendment no later than 9/28/2026 on SAM.gov.
