An active Portable Fire Extinguisher Company Privilege License Number issued by the Utah State Fire Marshal.
- CAGE code and SAM.gov needed at quote time. If you are not already registered, you could miss the deadline getting set up.
A company that is not registered in SAM.gov or which does not possess an active CAGE code may contact APEX Accelerators
- No guaranteed work under the BPA. The Government only pays for purchases actually made, so volume can fall short of the estimates.
The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA by an authorized individual
- You must confirm receipt of your quote. A quote that is not received by email is not considered, and the Government does not confirm it for you.
