Watch out for
- Occupied lab with AC that must keep running. You must work around cooling for a laboratory, which can complicate scheduling and temporary measures.
The area includes six AC units that cool the laboratory below and must remain functional nearly year?round.
- Past repair failures. Earlier repairs failed, so the VA will expect a lasting fix and quality workmanship.
Although multiple repairs have been attempted, including large applications of tar, the roof continues to fail.
