The purpose of this amendment is to:1. Update Section C - Technical Specifications Administrative Errors, Pages 26-148.2. Update Section L - Revise the Conditions and Notices to Bidders, Pages 149 - 153.3. Update Section M - Evaluation Factor for Award, Pages 154 - 157.The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the work as shown and as specified for the Ensley East Connector Bridge, and incidental related work. The work involves fabrication and delivery to the project site of a new steel East connector Bridge which includes two east connector bridge spans (waterside and landside), middle support float, and middle support fixed based, and parts shipped loose. East connector bridge shall be delivered to Ensley Engineer Yard by water and stored on barges specified by Government. All inquiries regarding this solicitation are to be submitted via ProjNet, https://www.projnet.org/projnet. Telephone and email inquiries will not be accepted. ProjNet is a web-based program that allows Bidder to post questions regarding the solicitation and view all questions by other Bidder and responses by the government. Inquiries must be submitted not later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the proposal due date. Any inquiries submitted within seven calendar days of the proposal due date may not be answered. To submit and review inquiries, Bidder will need to use the inquiry key presented below and follow the instructions listed below the key for access. The Inquiry Key is: CUJM83-ETRURV.
