The Department of Veterans Affairs (Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System) wants floor mat services for January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, with four 12-month options. It is a firm-fixed-price, SDVOSB set-aside decided on lowest price, technically acceptable. The notice text does not describe the mat quantities or service frequency.
Watch out for
- Due dates conflict. The text says quotes are due October 28, 2026, but the response deadline field shows October 23, 2026; confirm with the contracting officer.
Quotes are due no later than October 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM CT
- SDVOSB only. Only service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses verified in SBA VetCert can get this award.
- Scope not described. The text does not say how many mats, what types or how often they are serviced, so you cannot price from the notice alone.
