The FAR clauses and provisions do not apply to NAF purchases.
- Large-scale financial service. Card issuing and processing support for global operations is a job suited to banks and card issuers, which makes it hard for most small businesses.
provide a commercial purchase card solution that is commercially available
- Little detail and no evaluation criteria. The notice says nothing more will be provided, so you cannot see how offers will be judged.
