Some details are in the notice's attachments, which this summary didn't read. Check the attachments on SAM.gov.
GSA is seeking lease offers for about 17,310 to 18,221 square feet of office space in a defined area of Raleigh, NC. The lease would run 10 years with 5 years firm, and award goes to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer.
Watch out for
- Title and location mismatch. The title says Norfolk, VA but the area described is Raleigh, NC, so confirm the real location in the RLP.
City: Raleigh State: North Carolina (NC)
- Real estate offer, not a typical service contract. You need to control suitable building space in the delineated area; a company without property cannot offer.
- Price-only competition. Lowest price wins with no negotiations, leaving little room to differentiate.
Lease awards will be given to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer without negotiations.
- Tight monthly offer window. Offers can only be submitted from the 1st to the 7th of the month.
No submissions are accepted during the Closed Period.
Read from the notice text only.
