AI summary Beta
GSA is looking for owners of office buildings in Florence, Alabama who could lease about 2,400 to 2,771 square feet to the Government. The lease would run 60 months (36 firm), with occupancy estimated for April 1, 2027. This is a request for expressions of interest, due October 29, 2026, aimed at property owners rather than typical contractors.
Watch out for
- Only property owners can respond. This is a lease search, so a business without a suitable building in the delineated area has nothing to offer.
- Government may stay in current space. The Government will only move if the alternative is economically advantageous, so expressing interest may not lead to a lease.
The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
- Tight location boundary and fully serviced terms. The space must sit inside a defined street boundary and the rent must include services, which narrows the field.
A fully-serviced lease is required.
