AI summary Beta
The 906th Contracting Battalion (Army) plans a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Korea Limited Life Support, covering lodging, logistics, base life support and supplies across the Korean Theater of Operations. This is a pre-solicitation notice; the official solicitation is expected between October and November. Performance is 24/7, 365 days a year at multiple locations in the Republic of Korea.
Watch out for
- Korean firms get preferential consideration. A U.S. small business without a Korean presence may be at a disadvantage under the SOFA preference.
Offers from Korean firms will receive preferential consideration consistent with applicable SOFA provisions and local procurement policies.
- Very broad scope and 24/7 operations overseas. The work spans many services and supplies at multiple locations around the clock, which needs large staffing and logistics capacity.
Performance is 24/7, 365 days per year, at multiple locations in the Republic of Korea.
- Not yet a solicitation. This is a pre-solicitation, so requirements, evaluation and due dates may change once the real solicitation is published.
Official Solicitation will be published between October to November
