Watch out for
- Restricted technical data. You need a DD Form 2345 certification before you can see the data, which can take time to get.
Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.
- First article testing. A government first article test is required, which adds cost and delays before production can proceed.
The requirement will contain a Government First Article Test (FAT) of -01 unit at 180 Days ARO.
- Conflicting dates. The deadline field, the amendment text and the older close date do not agree, so confirm the real due date on DIBBS.
The closing date is extended to October 6, 2026.
- Set-aside removed. The small business set-aside was dropped, so you will compete against large companies.
