AI summary Beta
The Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District wants to set up four to eight Master Blanket Purchase Agreements with certified title companies for its Real Estate Division, covering some or all of the Mid-Atlantic region. The agreements run 5 years with an estimated $800,000 per year, and each call is limited to $100,000. The set-aside is for small businesses.
Watch out for
- Low per-call cap. Each BPA call is capped at $100,000, so work is many small orders rather than one large award.
BPA Call maximum limits of $100,000.00
- Price-driven competition. Award of each call is based on lowest price among acceptable offers, so margins may be thin.
