**Please provide vessel information with quote** Subject: Barge Transportation Services This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is under Full and Open Competition under NAICS code 483113. An Offeror’s submission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition overhaul. In accordance with FAR 12.001(a), when a policy in another part is inconsistent with FAR Part 12, Part 12 shall take precedence.
