The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a Market Survey in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.A.1 to identify capable vendors to provide Second Level Engineering (SLE), Sustainment, Development, and Implementation services for the Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) system. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ). The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for information submitted or costs incurred in preparing a response. All costs are the sole responsibility of the interested vendor. Responding to this Market Survey does not qualify or disqualify a vendor from responding to any subsequent Screening Information Request (SIR), if issued. The FAA may, at its sole discretion, contact respondents to request additional information.
