Consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item represented in this solicitation.
- Late repair price reductions. Late units trigger a price cut per unit per month, plus other remedies including termination for default.
Any asset for which the contractor does not meet the required RTAT will incur a price reduction per unit/per month the contractor is late
- Firmware update. The repair may include updating the unit to 2017 firmware, which needs the right software and tools.
update detector unit to 2017 firmware if needed
- Unpriced option quantity. The Government plans an option for more units at your quoted unit price, so price with extra volume in mind.
