The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) is officially releasing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a competitive basis for the procurement of Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) as outlined in the attached Solicitation N68335-26-Q-0436 package: Evaluation Plan, Buy Terms and CLIN Structure. The PSE items are required in support of the F/A-18 E/F & G program, both Domestic and FMS. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. In order for the offeror to be found technically acceptable, the offeror must be considered a small business under the NAICS code of the solicitation, NAICS 335932. Technical Data Package and Export Control Requirements This solicitation includes DFARS 252.204-7025, Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Requirements. The technical data package contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Offerors must obtain access to the CUI drawing package to prepare a proposal. Proof of CMMC Level 2 (self-assessment) certification is required to request access to the technical data package. The Government owns the Drawing Package for the Wiring System Repair Tool Set, which is considered Export Controlled. All Offerors must possess a current and certified DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) to request access to the drawings. Drawings will be provided to the designated data custodian listed on the certified DD Form 2345 via the DoD SAFE website. Requesting Access to Solicitation Documents To request access to the Government-provided documents associated with this solicitation, Offerors must submit the following via email: Proof of current and valid CMMC Level 2 (self-assessment) certification. A certified DD Form 2345. Requests should be sent to the Point of Contact (POC) listed below. Offerors are encouraged to review the Solicitation N68335-26-Q-0436 package thoroughly before submitting questions or requests for access. Late submissions of questions or requests for access may not be considered. This RFQ shall not be construed as obligating the Government to award a contract or authorizing work to commence and shall not serve as a basis for any future claims against the Government. MODIFICATION P00001: 9/24/26, 10:25am - Modification P00001 revises the solicitation due date from 9/26/26 to 10/6/26.
