UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE IN DETROIT, MI
General Services Administration · Public Buildings Service · Sol. 3MI0508-1
Due in 25 days
AI summary Beta
The General Services Administration is looking for office space to lease in downtown Detroit, MI, between 10,574 and 12,500 usable square feet. The lease would run 15 years with a 10-year firm term. This is a call for property owners to send expressions of interest, not a request for contractor services.
Watch out for
- Only for property owners. This is a real estate lease request, so a typical service or supply contractor cannot bid unless they control a qualifying building.
- Specific public-facing layout. The public reception block must be separable from staff space and may need assembly-occupancy code treatment, which limits eligible buildings.
Block A is expected to include functions that may require assembly-occupancy treatment
