- Secure documents and prison security rules. The full solicitation is locked behind SAM access and the site visit needs advance background check forms, which adds steps and delays.
Vendors wishing to attend must submit NCIC background check forms for all proposed attendees by the deadline stated in the solicitation.
- Site visit date likely already passed. The visit is encouraged but not mandatory; the listed NCIC forms deadline (Sept 25) and visit date (Sept 30) are earlier than the October 30 due date, so you may have missed it.
Site Visit: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 10am EST
- You own the measurements and installation details. The contractor must take all field measurements and follow the manufacturer's installation recommendations, so pricing needs care.
