AI summary Beta
The Navy (NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support) wants a quote for 1 each of a logic subassembly (NSN 7050 LLCYC0757). It is a one-time part purchase under Emergency Acquisition Authority, with Navy source inspection required. Quotes are due October 13, 2026.
Watch out for
- No Government data rights. The Navy does not own the drawings, so you would likely need to be the manufacturer or an authorized source of the exact part.
The Government does not own the drawings or data rights to this NSN.
- Authorized distributor proof required. Resellers are only considered with a letter from the manufacturer, which many small resellers cannot get.
Consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item represented in this solicitation.
- Government source inspection. DCMA inspection at the source adds scheduling and compliance work before shipping.
Government-Source Inspection and Acceptance (G-S I&A) is required.
- Cost breakdown requested. Because this is a first-time Navy buy, you must share pricing detail, which some firms are reluctant to do.
