- Drydock the cutter and do hull work: ultrasonic hull testing and thickness checks, 100 percent preservation (painting) of the underwater body, freeboard hull and superstructure
- Renew propulsion parts: propellers, propulsion shafts, shaft bearings and bearing carriers, rudder assemblies
- Realign main engine and reduction gear; do W-5 maintenance on the main diesel engines and update control system configuration
- Clean and inspect tanks (dirty oil, oily water, fuel service, grey water, sewage) and clean and flush grey water and sewage piping
- Renew watertight closures, fathometer transducer, speed log skin valve, zinc anodes, and pilothouse superstructure plating
- Electrical and safety upgrades: thermographic inspection, 24VDC distribution upgrade, intrusion detection system replacement, flood light changes
- Provide temporary services to the cutter and support sea trials
- Renew interior deck covering system and joiner deck, handrails and stanchions, and RHIB notch skid pad studs
