This is a Sources Sought Notice / Request for Information (RFI) only This notice is issued solely for market research, preliminary planning, and information-gathering purposes in accordance with RFO Part 10 and DFARS Part 210. This announcement does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB) No solicitation package is currently available, and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract based on this notice. The Government will not pay or reimburse any costs, direct or indirect, incurred by respondents in preparing or submitting responses to this notice.
