Technical Details: Clear documentation demonstrating the ability to supply genuine OEM REI equipment or an alternative system that matches every form, fit, function, harmonic detection algorithm, and acoustic masking capability listed in Section 2. Response Deadline: All capability statements must be submitted via email no later than 10/7/2026 at 11:00AM Eastern Time. Primary Contact: Kristen Colyer, Contracting Officer kristen.colyer@socom.mil A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
