The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: Noun: Container, Shipping and Storage NSN: 8145-00-536-4925 P/N: 13414-101 Quantity: 56 Maximum This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332439 and the size standard is 600 employees. The proposed contractual action will be a one-time buy, Firm Fixed Price, spares contract, with the maximum quantities listed above. Technical Data is currently available to support the purchase of the Container, Shipping and Storage. This acquisition is entirely "build-to-print" and governed by a government-owned TDP, requiring strict adherence to Drawing 13414, Revision R. Interested parties who have capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size and socio-economic status as applicable. All submissions must include full company name, Point of Contacts (POCs) to include name, position, office and mobile telephone numbers and email address. This announcement does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB). An IFB will be issued at a later date for this requirement. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requested. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this announcement or Government use of any information provided. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date dependent upon the date of the release of the solicitation; however; the solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
