Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is conducting market research to identify interested and capable industry sources and obtain feedback to assist in the development and refinement of the Statement of Work (SOW) for the subject project. Interested contractors are encouraged to review the attached Industry Market Research – SOW Development / Requirement Refinement document, draft SOW, and any accompanying technical documentation. Contractors are requested to provide responses to the applicable questions identified in the market research document, including any recommendations, clarifications, or considerations that may assist NEXCOM in further defining its requirements. This notice is for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ). Responses will not be considered offers, and NEXCOM is under no obligation to issue a subsequent solicitation or award a contract. NEXCOM will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting information. Participation in this market research is voluntary and does not provide preferential consideration in any subsequent procurement. Contractors should clearly identify any proprietary or otherwise restricted information included in their responses. Response Instructions: Interested contractors shall submit their responses electronically to the designated Contracting point(s) of contact identified in the attached market research document by the specified response deadline.
